User Responsibilities

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

eg222's welcome bonus is a 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳10,000. Example: a deposit of ৳1,000 adds ৳1,500 in bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500. Before withdrawing bonus funds, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times (in this case ৳1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000).

5.2 Bonus Terms of Use

Bonuses are usable only on specified games and the wagering requirement must be met within the set period. If the wagering requirement is not met before the expiry, the bonus will be cancelled. Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.

5.3 VIP Cashback

eg222's VIP programme has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Cashback is given at each tier based on the weekly net loss. The Diamond tier offers up to 1.5% weekly cashback. Example: a Gold tier member with a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 will receive ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 in cashback.

5.4 Fraudulent Bonus Use

If bonuses are misused or there is an organised attempt to exploit bonuses, the bonuses will be forfeited and the account may be closed. eg222 reserves the right to change or cancel the terms of any bonus offer.

Gaming Rules

All games offered at eg222 — slots, live casino, fishing, sports betting — are operated under specific rules. Each game has its own rules and it is advisable to read them before starting to play.

If a technical error or disconnection causes an incorrect game result, eg222 reserves the right to void the relevant round and refund the bet. eg222 is not obliged to pay incorrect winnings displayed as a result of a system error.

For sports betting, if a match is abandoned or ends before the scheduled time, the result will be determined according to eg222's set rules. Bets placed after official decisions in live betting are not accepted.

Prohibited Activities

Account Suspension and Closure

Upon account closure, any legitimate balance standing in the user's name (excluding bonuses) is generally returned, though it may be held during any ongoing investigation.

Users may also request account closure at any time by contacting the support team. Self-exclusion requests are acted upon immediately.
